These days, other than those bylaws stipulated in explicit terms by government in process of administration, there also exists many unofficial systems and rules. That is casting couch.

Casting couch is a prevalent phenomenon in government administration.

In this article, the reason how casting couch forms in the process of government administration is mainly explored and analyzed. Further more，we exposed the real behavior and major hazards of casting couch.
And some opinions and suggestions are made to bate and eliminate stubborn illness being casting couch in the administration work.
