我的电脑经常出现蓝屏,请各位高手帮下忙

蓝屏出现了以下的英文:
A problem has been detected and Windows has bee shut down to prevent damage to you computer.
If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen ,restart you computer .If this screen appears again follow these steps:
Disuble oruninstall any anti-virus,disk defragmenta tion or back up utilities check your hard drive configuration,ant check for any updated drivers run chkdsk/f to check for hard drive corruption ,and then restart your computer

先检查CPU和显卡风扇是不是运行正常，转的慢或是不转的话会温度过高而蓝屏，更换有问题风扇即可！
内存条接触不良或灰尘，把条子拔出来用象皮搽搽下条子的接触片再插上即可！
