摘要:以攀枝花钒钛磁铁矿的矿石性质、攀枝花钢铁(集团)公司密地选矿厂生产指标以及选厂工艺流程改造资料为依据,设计一座年处理原矿340万吨的选矿厂,产品为铁精矿;设计中采用“三段一闭路”的常规破碎流程,磨选系统采用“阶段磨矿阶段选别” 两系列磁选的工艺流程,分级采用旋流器,一段粗磁选抛尾,粗精矿再磨后经过一次粗选、一次精选、一次扫选,最终得到合格的铁精矿;原矿入选最大粒度为1000mm,TFe品位34.09%,铁精矿品位54.24%、回收率为72.26% 、获得铁精矿99.924万吨/年。
设计的厂房有:粗碎、中细碎、检查筛分、磨选等5个主要厂房,厂房布置依据现场地形地势,依山而建,充分利用地形高差,尽量减少能源消耗。利用CAD画图软件绘制总平面布置图、数质量流程图、各厂房布置图等九张图纸,并按要求完成20000余字的设计说明书。
