[Abstract]The core competence of the corporation is not only the most powerful and important thrust of the growth of the small and medium-sized enterprises, but also is the source of the enhancement on the competitive advantages of the small and medium-sized enterprises . It is commonly believed that how to enhance the core competence by benefiting from characteristics and individualities of the small and medium-sized enterprises should be taken into consideration in the first place by the small and medium-sized enterprises . With the reality of the fierce market competition and the situation of decreasing life cycle, how to make a thorough inquiry on the improvement of the whole enterprise quality and the enhancement of the capacity on sustainable development has already been the most outstanding issue for the small and medium-sized enterprises in this day and age.
