game that means a lot in my child hood.
There are many games that I like, they are all fun. However, my favorite game is igo because it’s fun, multi-place and multipurpose.
IGO is a game that is similar to battle. Two colors of stones-black and white are attacking and defending, the expectation and the measurement of win is your area, if one player have bigger area, you are the winner.
First of all, igo is definitely fun. Igo is fun because it’s game, how can a game isn’t fun? Sounds impossible! I can get fun from attacking and defending in the Go and of course from victory. Therefore, we can get fun from strategy in IGO but also victory. Additionally, IGO is multi-place.
Secondary, it’s multi-place. IGO can play in the real life, if I have board and stones. However, people also can play IGO technically. For example, I can go to website to play IGO such as TYGEM, Exc. The benefit is that people can play with international players in the world! How good it is! Furthermore, people can play with computer program such as Zen. The benefit is people can play with various level of computer! IGO is fun but also multi-place on realistic and technically. Furthermore, IGO is multipurpose.
Lastly, IGO is multipurpose. Why I say that? Because it ascend different categories of skills. First, IGO can increase my level of focus, when I play IGO, I can’t be distracting. When I am distracting, you have more possibility to lose. When people are distracting, they aren’t thinking, so your opponent would grab this tense and they will raid me. I have this experience: Once when I was approaching to win, instead of focus, I looked at others and They raid me secretly, I didn’t recognized and I lost because of that raid. This was such a pity. I learned that I must be focus even I’m approaching the victory. Additionally, I will increase my math and logical skill and intelligence. IGO involves counting and strategy. When the game is at the end or at the middle, I need to count the area to have next decision- Attack or getting more territory. When I’m dominating, I need to stop attacking to get more territory and safe every stone that is not safe. Also, when it’s the end of the game, Competitor and I will calculate territory to see who’s win or lose. Therefore math is important to my decision in IGO. Furthermore, IGO can give me improvement in logical skills. When I’m playing IGO, I need to have strategy to win such as attacking or defensing and how. Therefore, strategy and intelligence are very important to your final solution. Thus, IGO can benefit me by increasing my skills but also give me fun. Therefore, it’s multipurpose.
