做法:
1、先把洗净排骨放入酱油、红薯粉、料酒、胡椒粉、盐腌制15分钟入味。

2、用酱油、陈醋、白糖、淀粉、水及盐适量调好糖醋汁备用,锅里加油6成热放入腌制好的排骨炸7到10分钟。

marinated ribs for 7 to 10 minutes.
3、把炸制好的排骨捞出沥干油备用,锅里留少许油加入姜末、蒜末炒出香味。

the pot and add in the ginger and garlic to stir fry the flavor.
4、倒入炸好的排骨快速翻炒,倒入调制好的糖醋汁。

5、快速翻炒到芡汁把排骨包裹住,加入葱花起锅装盘,洒上一点白芝麻点缀。
