i am really sorry to hear that you are studying under great pressure now. I know that you have too much homework to do and can't get good grades in English.
Don't worry. I was through this as well before. But my mum gave me some suggestions that worked. So I would like to share with you.
Firstly, be attentive at class. Don't just sit there listening to the teacher. Do participate and answer questions even if sometimes you don't know the proper answer.
Secondly, don't be afraid of asking questions. If you encounter any problems in doing your homework, please do ask your classmates, your teachers, and your parents about them. It is no shame in itself. But once you know the answer, do remeber it by heart.
Thirdly, do spend some time playing. You need to relax a bit after school. You can watch TV, play table tennis, take a walk, play computer games, and talk with your parents. It is really important to know that study isn't everything in life.
