You asked me how to learn English well in your previous letter to me.
Basically, the more word you memory, the more English you understand. Therefore, try to remember as much vocabularies as you can. I know English is a foreign language for you. So English listening is equally important to you. Try to understand your context one by one by listening. Speak loudly at the same time. Gradually you can say what you want to say in English, and understand what other people say in English in these ways. Of course, you need to know some basic English grammars too.
