My View On Job Hoppers：
My View on Job-hopping people have different attitudes towards their work.
Some prefer to stick to one occupation as their lifelong career. These people are of the opinion that one can never do his work well unless he is devoted to only one job in his lifetime. So if one changes his job frequently, he will not get the necessary experience needed in his work.
Others, on the other hand, like to change their jobs at times. In their opinion, people work in order to make more money. If they havea chance to get a better paid job, they will certainly try to get this chance.
Besides, if a person does only one job all his life, he will certainly be bored with it. My idea is that interest is the most important if one wants to excel others in his job. So if a person is not interested in his job, job hopping is normal and even necessary. Otherwise, he will suffer from his work, and inevitably, he is not likely to succeed in his career.

我对跳槽的看法人们对工作有不同的态度。
有些人宁愿坚持一种职业作为终身职业。这些人认为，一个人除非一生只从事一项工作，否则永远无法把工作做好。因此，如果一个人经常换工作，他将无法获得工作所需的必要经验。
另一方面，另一些人喜欢时不时地换工作。在他们看来，人们工作是为了赚更多的钱。如果他们有机会得到一份薪水更高的工作，他们肯定会努力争取这个机会。
此外，如果一个人一生只做一份工作，他肯定会对它感到厌倦。我的想法是，如果一个人想在工作中超越他人，兴趣是最重要的。因此，如果一个人对他的工作不感兴趣，跳槽是正常的，甚至是必要的。否则，他将因工作而受苦，不可避免地，他不可能在事业上取得成功。
On one hand, job-hopping can help those young people who just graduate from universities to find out what jobs they are really good at. They change jobs frequently because they don’t like this job or they just want to find a better job. Some people think changing jobs frequently can ignite their inspiration. I have a friend; he is one of the types that changing his job from time to time. This month he works at the supermarket, next month he is doing business with others. Recently, he plans to run a shop on line. I ask him why, he said that he wanted to find out what job he loves the most. And doing a job for the rest of his life is quite tedious. He doesn’t want to live in the regular life style.
On the other hand, some people are not so willing to change their jobs, especially most women. If one of them finds a job is steady, she possibly won’t change her job, even though the salary is not good enough. For them, changing jobs takes too much courage and time; it’s not so wise to change. Steady is the most important factor for them.
Whether to change jobs, it’s up to you. I think it both has advantages and disadvantages. If you think the job you do right now is not good enough, you can seek for a better job; if you can’t take the risk of resign, you had better stay.
With the rapid development of our society, the Job-hopping problem become more and more extrusive. It can be see everywhere. And different people have different opinions on whether we should change our jods frequently.
At present, when some people get a job, then they don’t only pay attention to how to engaged it well but search for other work which is more suitable for them.If another job was better than the one they had been engaged in, they will change it.And what’s worse, some people even made complete job changes without any hesitation when a better alternative may have been to keep the career but change the job. However, there are still some people preferring to keep the stable job rather than change it quite frequently.They convince that if they spare no effort to finish their original work they will live more happy than the job hoppers.
From my perspective, I’m strongly for the later one. I think it’s irresponsible for us to be a job hooper. Those who never change their job throughout their life maintain that they accumulated enough experience to work smoothly and efficiently, so what’s the point in changing to another job? Do our own job. Only in this way can we live a meaningful and colorful life.
