python中对csv文件一列的求和

if row['lon'] >= str(-40) and row['lon'] <=str(-80) and row['lat']>=str(0) and row['lat']<=str(60):
total = str(total) +'count(lon)'
print('total=',total)
不知道为什么就是求不出count（lon）这一列的和，求大神帮忙

你都把数据转换为str字符串了，求个毛和啊。还有大于-40，小于-80，想表达什么意思？

你好，我是用python处理csv文件，其中第一列是数值，第二列是经度，第三列是纬度，第四列是日期，我想根据二三四列筛选出数据后，将筛选出的数据第一列求和。大于-40，小于-80是经度的范围。谢谢
