1.How to Succeed in a Job Interview
It is our final goal to get a good job after the long period of school life,and an interview,which is the decisive factor to some degree,is always needed for a job.Therefore it should be well prepared .But how to succeed in a job interview? Well,here is some advice.First,you are supposed to pay attention to your appearance,such as your hair,your clothes.Second,you should be polite,modest and honest in front of the employer.Of course,great abilities in your majoy are necessary.Third,try to show your confidence and believe in yourself.Finally,good luck to you.

2.Is a Test of Spoken English Necessary?
It is quite often that we students have a spoken English test.Many people think it it nessary.A student is supposed to learn the abilities,such as listening,writing,reading and speaking,which are the basis of a language.Hower,some people hold a different view that speaking English test is useless,for many people needn't use oral English in their work.In my opinion, we should have spoken English test,for with the open up to the outside world,we have more and more oppotunities to communicate and do business with the foreigners,So spoken English is not only ensential but also important.

3.My View on the Negative Effects of Some Advertisements
We live in a world that is full of advertisements.Wherever we are,we are surrounded by them.Drugs,wines and cigarrets fill very channel of TV with their different colors.Hower,some of these advertisements are bad,what they say are not true,some even contain unhealthy materials which do harm to us,epeciall to teeagers. As far as I am concerned, we should not allow these bad advertisements.
