无法在本地访问IIS虚拟目录下的网站，IIS虚拟目录问题

我在IIS里新建了一个虚拟目录card，在visual studio2005中把网站发布到虚拟目录所对应的物理路径下，我在浏览器中输入http://localhost/card都不能访问。我把虚拟目录下对应的物理路径下的该网站所有文件夹上传到服务器的一个子文件中，也不能访问，报错为Server Error in '/' Application.

我的card的虚拟目录的属性-->虚拟目录下的应用程序设置里也有设置了应用程序名和执行权限的。

在 iis 的 主目录 > 配置 > 选项 > 启用父目录 前打勾 试下

主要是虚拟目录 配置问题
