闪耀的星星会指引我们走向前方。这个前方的意思应该翻译成未来。1楼说点额有道理。

第一句加个The，把convey换成carry, thoughts换成longing.
第二句挺好的:The sun will illuminate our dreams.
第三句...直接翻译不会好听的，不妨将意思稍微改变一下，变成 Don't weep, know that we'll be under the same blue sky,
前方和front的意思不一样...第四句，为了和第三句接上可以这样写：And the stars will shine brightly, lighting up our way.
