北欧福利为什么那么好

请问一下，英国法国德国都是发达国家，为什么北欧福利好像比它们都好很多呢？因为北欧比他们有钱吗？

北欧国家的经济的确很发达，人均购买力不比西欧的大国低。

福利比较好，因为北欧是走的社会民主主义道路，重视缩小贫富差距，从60年代开始就建立了很完善的社会福利系统。另外北欧的人民比较团结，也愿意帮助别人，所以就能推行开高税收高福利的政策。
