摘 要
2001年新课标指出:新课程应致力于学生语文素养的形成和发展。语文素养是学生学好其他课程的基础,也是学生全面发展和终审发展的基础。阅读能力作为语文素养的重要组成部分,对语文素养的形成起着十分重要的促进作用。而阅读能力的获得和发展,离不开阅读教学,且阅读教学决定着语文教学的成败。因此,从上世纪八十年代起,我国进行了一轮有一轮的教学改革,但总得来说,收效甚微,特别是苏北农村语文教学,由于经济条件的制约,社会环境的不良影响,教师个体的差异,学生学习态度的不端正,阅读教学陷入“教师苦,学生类,负担重,效率低”的恶性循环的怪圈,这令师生感到困惑。
本文从对苏北初中语文阅读调查入手,分析了阅读教学现状,并针对现状立足于苏北农村初中实际,以新课标和教育教学、心理学理论为指导,提出具有可操作性的高效策略。该策略抓住阅读教学系统中最具能动性的教师和学生两因素,从教学环节:教学前的准备、教学的高效实施、教学后续行为的高效研究、阅读教学课堂的高效管理出发,进行系统优化,从而取得一定条件下的相对高效,促进学生语文素养的形成,学生的成长,为学生的终身学习打下坚实的基础。
