我看了合同，有几个地方是需要修改的：
由于我们公司自己没有自由出口权，所以，我们要找一家代理公司和您们签定合同。
您在合同里面所说的WB-2063的产品，目前我们是没有的，不过，可以使用WB-2043代替，WB-2043的尺寸几乎是一样，完全可以代替WB-2063使用。
运输方面，由于目前我们没有长1米的产品，生产需要时间，所以，第一次合作，从汇款日起到装运港，需要13天的时间。

以上3点问题，贵公司瑞同意，我公司就立即起草合同发给您们，然后开始生产。谢谢！

You mentioned in the contract which the WB-2063 products, at present there is not have one, but, you can use the WB-2043 to replace, WB-2043 is almost in the same size which can be used in place of WB-2063.
In transportation, since the moment, we have no one-meter-long products,production costs time,so the first time，the co-operation from the port of shipment date of remittance,which costs 13 days.

The issue of more than three points,if your company agree on it， our company will draft the contract issued to you as soon as possible, and then begin my production.

I have read the contract, and there is some items need te be amended.
Our company has no quolification of Imp. and Exp., so we need to find an agency to sign a contract with you.
At present we have not the product WB-2063 you mentioned, but we want to give you WB-2043 as substitutes because they are almost the same size. it can replace the use of WB-2063 perfectly.
On the item of transport, Because we have no products which size is 1m and the producing need time, since this is the first time we cooperate, the time from the remit day to shipping is about 13days.
If you can agree the above 3 points, we will send you the drafting of the contract Immediately, the n we may begin producing. Thanks.
