◆◆◆N道高中英语语法问题，好了一道5分追加~

以下给出N选一，拜托高手们解释答案的理由，并回答我在某些题目旁提的问题~

问题：可以填40% less the吗？（不用回答为什么）

问题：句末有always，表明他一直成功，而一直成功是说明他有能力，应该用can，而非暂时的be able to。如何解释这里选was able to make？

问题：主句里面有两个动词need和is，还是我理解错误？顺便解释一下这句话

1.among 举个例子：

"确实，现年46岁的赖斯，外表与美国最完美的国家安全顾问亨利·基辛格没有多少相似之处，但是朋友和同事们说，赖斯是他们所认识的头脑最精明、口齿最清楚和风度最迷人的人物之一。

3.选用able，不能选could.原因有二：
原因1） can泛指一般的能力,而且只有两种形式,即:can, could．be able to 则主要指具体做到了某件事的能力。这个句子既然是用的过去时，说明这个Newton已经成功地做到了make more discoveries than any other scientist.所以用able
原因2） could可以表示时态，也可以表示有能力，但是能力比can还弱，还可以表示虚拟，可能性就更弱了。所以选could，语气语态都是非常奇怪的，不通顺。

6.be caught on camera意思应该是相机拍到Albert非法越境，因为是Albert正在越境的时候被相机拍到，所以用crossing
6.thus要么是副词，要么是连词，这里它是副词，副词不改变前后动词形态的一致性，所以obtain还得跟restructure一样，都是原型
7.spoken languages是human knowledge的一个部分，两者是前者被后者包含的关系，而不是没有交集的两个对立的东西，所以是用therefore。meanwhile是同时，应该用在两个没有交集的东西上面，比如：一个怎么着怎么着了，同时另一个也在怎么着怎么着。

第一个选A.among
整句的意思是“全球变暖的威胁是现在所有环境问题中最重要的一个。”环境问题有很多，不单单有一个，among用在三个或三个以上时。而of如果在这句中要使用则应该是用one of。句子是The threat of global warming is one of the most important of all modern environmantal problems.

第二个问题。不可以填40% less the。因为 risk前不加冠词。

第三个问题。句末的always不表示他一直成功。his reply was always “By thinking”.的意思是“他的回答一直是 "通过思考"。”

第四个问题。答案是B.wouldn't。整句的意思是“他正不分昼夜的为最后的考试学习着，我提醒过他很多次要早点做准备，可他没有听”他没有听是之前的事情，所以用would.而should的意思是应该。与句意不符合。

第五个问题。答案是A。你的理解错误了。句子意思是“所有的孩子都要有创造力，要让他们自己动手无论他们自己做什么”

第六个问题。句子意思是“Albert被叫去办公室，被告知他因非法携带相机入境而被逮捕”本句中是Albert主动携带相机入境，所以不用被动。

第七第八个问题。我也不清楚~
