电脑exe文件打不开！ 想用杀毒软件查杀是否中毒也是打不开

求救求救！ 到控制面板文件类型添加也不行！ 真是 怎么办啊 急

果存在劫持类病毒导致杀毒软件不能正常打开或安装，可下载一些去掉劫持的工具或软件，如“瑞星安全助手”等进行处理后在升级杀毒；
