出国留学申请全额奖学金需什么条件和资料？

我是北航的大一新生，穷学生；想申请美国的学校读研
需要什么考试成绩吗？流程怎样？

目前金融危机啊，奖学金少了很多，好多博士生都没有奖学金了呢
而且最终的是看专业，美国的话像商科、文科都是没什么奖学金的，理工科相对还好点，但是也要争取的，所以楼主先定定位吧

全额奖学金一般以三种形式出现：Fellowship、TA、RA，80% 甚至90% 以上的情况是以TA 和RA 的形式出现的，无论是TA 还是RA，都是工作。TA 主要的工作职责是给一些新生上课、批改作业和答疑。也就是说，需要有很强的学术能力和一定的表达能力才可以完成这个工作。RA 就是在实验室里给老板打工，需要有实际操作的能力、与人合作的能力（实验室里不是一个人在战斗）。学术能力和实际操作能力以及与人合作的能力需要用研究经历去体现，表达能力与沟通的能力需要用TOEFL 口语来体现【一般学校对于assistantship（助理）的要求是22 或23 分，个别学校要求26 分】。

I don't want to discourage you, but it is quite difficult for foreigners to successfully obtain scholarship. Of course, that really depends on your major/ field of study. You didn't mention whether you are thinking of transfer into an undergraduate class or application to a graduate class. It's easier to obtain scholarship if you are applying for graduate programs, since graduate programs are more geared towards research and therefore may have more grants. The other thing is that proportionally there are more foreign students in graduate programs so your competition with local (American) students will be less severe. Even if you cannot obtain scholarships, many foreign students can assume Teaching assistant or research assistant jobs with their professors to help pay for part of the tuition.

If you are interested in graduate programs, a lot of american universities require a test called GRE. More importantly, however, are your written essays and recommendation letters from your professors. If your professors are experts in the field or know the faculty of the schools you are applying for, that helps a lot.
