Any termination or expiration of this Agreement in accordance with its terms
shall not affect any outstanding obligations of the Parties to each other
accruing hereunder prior to such termination or expiration, or prejudice any
remedies which the aggrieved Party shall have, subject to the fact that each
Party to this Agreement has duly considered the losses and inconveniences
that it will be likely to suffer upon any such termination or expiration as well as
any gain or enrichment which might accrue to the Party so terminating this
Agreement, and it is hereby expressly agreed that upon such termination or
expiration in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, neither Party shall
be entitled to any indemnity or damages by reason of or growing out of such
expiration or termination, and expressly waives all rights thereto existing by
law or equity.
