如何用DOS命令解除2003系统锁定

我就算激活远程的鼠标键盘操作 按了CRTL+ALT+DEL之后 也是弹出自己的任务管理器，并不能使远程的那台机解锁请教 各位龙友有什么办法可以解锁（密码我有，就是差远程如何使机器CRTL+ALT+DEL键生效，然后我才可以打上密码登陆到桌面）？
