Dear xxx Hotel

I have reserved a hotel room at your hotel with the reservation number xxxx 

I will take fight xxxx(航班号)to Bangkok. The arrival time is 00:55 at Suvarnabhumi Airport on 9th of March, 2017. I would like to book a airport pick up service. Please give me the confirmation on this booking as soon as possible. Thank you very much.

We reserved rooms at your hotel on 1st of July. We are four people in total. We will arrive at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi International Airport at 02:05 on the 2nd of July. The flight number is SC8885.
