芋头炖猪骨的做法

市场购买的芋头(毛芋),已去皮~

清水洗净,切块。

猪骨清水冲洗干净,备用~~

生姜去皮,拍一下~

烧开水,将猪骨入水焯一下。

将焯好的猪骨头用清水冲一下,这样煲出的汤更清澈少腥~

锅内依次放入芋头,猪骨、料酒、盐以及姜,再倒入适量的水。(我喜欢原汁原味,少油少盐,省掉了翻炒的步骤;如果口味偏重的伙伴,可将以上两种食材入锅翻炒后,再炖;)

盖上盖子,选排骨功能键,一会就可以享用美味了~
