Inter plays an important role in my daily life. But it has both positive and negative points.We use inter to search stuff we cannot find in books. We use inter to download musics and movies. Sometimes I use inter to watch videos online because they are free. I chat with people on QQ and MSN because phone calls need money. Inter is fast and it's safe. People live in o different places can write emails instead of writing letters. I used to write emails to my friend because letters need a long time to be delivered but email is fast, just in a second. If my inter get cut off one day, I will be totally freak out because I need inter very much. This is the negative points. Inter makes people to rely on it. If a day without it, life will be hard to run. There are bad sources on inter, like sex, violence, money. Some people use inter to play tricks on you so you will lose your money.As a result, inter is a good tool, but you also need to get rid of it sometimes。

最好多读一些英语作文，或外国名著（英译），多积累一些词汇。
以下是二次增添（更适合高中）：
要找高级词汇替换：例如significant=vital=important,obtain the opportunity=seize~=take~ , intensely=immensely=awfully=very+副词，a grest amount of=a quantity of=a great deal of 等等等，这就要靠你自己搜寻了
还有高级句型，什么非谓语啊，动名词作主语啊，倒装啊，强调啊，主语从句什么的，一种只需要一个句子就行。
还有短语替换单词，例如participate in=join,with regard to=concerning，等等
开头结尾一定有点睛的句子和词汇，绝不能有拼写错误。开头一定要点题，否则会扣很多分。
不要用太难的词汇，或者特别生僻的词汇（我就犯过错，用了一个古英语，被老师狠狠嘲笑），主要以熟词新意，熟词词性变换为主。

建议步骤：（更适合初中）
1. 先练习英语句子，
第一步：弄清楚句子的结构【一般情况下：肯定句是——主语+谓语动词（必要）+宾语（+宾补），当然，有复合句型，建议专门练习；特殊疑问句是——特殊疑问词+助/be/情态动词+主语+（副词）+实义动词+。。；一般疑问句——助/be/情态动词+主语+实义动词/sth】，
第二步：搞清楚时态变化如：【一般现在时（有三单变化）、一般过去时（动词要变过去式）、一般将来时（will do或be going to do 等）、现在进行时（be+v-ing）、过去进行时（was/were+v-ing）等】
第三步：语态变化【主动语态和被动语态（be+过去分词）】
练习一个句子如何写，怎么写？最好先写出句子结构，然后根据时态语态变化。
2. 打好初稿，在写作文之前，最好先列出要写的几个方面或关键词、关键短语【初学者可先列出汉语意思】，并保证自己能够将他们写出来。（若写多了，可不列初稿，直接在心中想出大纲）
3. 写作文。【注意第几人称，时态】
开头一般先点题。如：写Myself，则开头可写I'm。..我是。..的人。写The Spring Festival，开头可写The spring festival is the most important traditional festival in China.春节是中国最重要的传统节日。
内容则根据之前所列大纲一步步写出。最好写完整的句子，少用省略句，以免出错。多用一些经典句型，如：It is adj. for *** . to do sth./Not only 。。。。。..but also。。。。。。。。。.等。多用一些重点词汇，有机率加分。
结尾则需再次总结。常见的有I like。I feel。。all in all,I。。。.these are my。。。。..等等。
