Don't let the 'great' confuse you.
Because 'fun' is uncountable, so there will be no 'a'. So it can't be B.
I normally hear people say 'so much fun to' or 'such a great day'. Even the 'such fun to' is not commently used, it is still right in gramma.

A, 'so fun to' is wrong, instead it should be 'so funny', but 'so funny' means different from 'so much fun'.

B. 'such a fun to' wrong, as 'fun' is not countable.

D 'too funny to' again, it has different meaning compare to 'such fun to'. It means not much fun at all, which conflicts the word 'great', as it means possitive.

I had such a great day!
I had so much fun today!

He was in such great pain.
He is in so much pain.
