关于一个对于好学校来说比较重要的characteristic或component

请各位帮忙想个比较好说的，具体的理由~要能说够45秒的。

In my opinion, the most important characteristic of a university is of course the good faculty. Because the students can get the best education if the college has some excellent professors. For example,most people will judge the quality of a school by the number of Nobel Winners it has. Another characteristic that I care about is the hardware of a university, such as the advanced equipments or the fancy buildings. Because this kind of hardware can create a great academic environment for the professors and students. In addition, the scenery of the campus is also very important. Because I would like to have a beautiful place where I can have a relaxation after school.

There are a lot of characteristics that a good university should have, such as the excellent faculty, the advanced equipments, the fancy buildings and the beautiful scenery of campus. However, in my opinion, among all of these characteristics, the most important one is of course the good faculty. Because the students can get the best education if the college has some excellent professors. Most people will judge the quality of a school by the number of Nobel Winners it has. For example, the physics department of MIT is very famous because Einstein was one of the professors there. Therefore, the excellent faculty of a university can really increase its reputation and it is certainly a very important charateristic for the college.

In my view, a good school should have different characteristics.

To begin with,a good school is that I can meet almost the best teachers in the country. They are extremely talented, eloquent, knowledgeable and humorous that I don't feel any bored in class. It maskes a 2.5 -hour class pass very quickly.
One more thing about a good school is that I can meet people from different parts of the country and make friends with them. We have a lot in common, sharing the same passion, the same stage, even the same learning difficulties which we encounter and then discuss and finally work out together. It offers me much time to communicate and to share experiences with them.
