1.在第一句中，出现了didn't和was,所以后面表示情况也一样的时候，我们既不能用neither did his classmate,也不能用so was Jim，因为他们只能满足前面一个句子的前半句或后半句。而so it is with这个结构时万能的，可以在复杂的句子时，同时满足。

2.这里是定语从句，在限定性定语从句中不可能出现as，而且先行词是人，所以关系代词要用who

3.by 是在……之前，或到……的时候的意思。这个句子意思是：在你回来的时候，我应该在睡觉，所以你进门的时候请不要做声。

而shall have done是本应该已经睡觉的意思。意思不符。

用进行时是强调回家这个动作发生的时候，睡觉这个动作正在发生。
