Dear Management:
I am Li Hua and I just had a happy time in your cinema, but to be honest, there are still some shortcomings in your cinema.
Firstly, there were too many ads before the movie and this caused the movie started later. Secondly, the volume of the film was so high that we could not hear what they were talking about. The exit was not clearly showed to the audience, and I think this is a potential safety hazard.
