第二天:MY DAILY LIFE 我的日常生活

Though my daily life is extremely monotonous, I try hard to adapt myself to it. Why? Because I intend to be a good student. I wish to render service to my country.

I get up at six o’clock every day. After I wash my face and brush my teeth, I begin to review my lessons. I go to school at seven o’clock.

After school is over, I return home. We usually have supper at seven o’clock. Then I begin to do my homework. I want to finish it before I go to bed.

Do you mind being called a bad student? Of course not. So far as I know, everybody intends to be (become) a model student.

However, to be a model student is by no means an easy thing. First, he must do his best to obtain knowledge. A man without sufficient knowledge will not succeed. Secondly, he must remember to improve his health. Only a strong man can do great tasks. Thirdly, he should receive moral education. If his conduct is not good, no one will consider making friends with him.

第四天:HOW TO GET HAPPINESS 如何获得快乐

There is no doubt that happiness is the most precious thing in the world. Without it, life will be empty and meaningless. If you wish to know how to get happiness, you must pay attention to the following two points.

First, health is the secret of happiness (the key to happiness). Only a strong man can enjoy the pleasure of life.

Secondly, happiness consists in contentment. A man who is dissatisfied with his present condition is always in distress.

As is well known, books teach us to learn life, truth, science and many other useful things. They increase our knowledge, broaden our minds and strengthen our character. In other words, they are our good teachers and wise friends. This is the reason why our parents always encourage us to read more books.

Reading is a good thing, but we must pay great attention to the choice of books. It is true that we can derive benefits from good books. However, bad books will do us more harm than good.

A TRIP TO THE COUNTRY One Sunday my mother (Mother) had (made) me take my little young brother to the a trip to the country. She bade me take good care of him.

While we were walking along the road, the sun was shining brightly and the breeze was blowing gently. We saw the beautiful flowers smile (smiling) at us and heard the birds sing (singing) their sweet songs on the trees. The scenery was indeed very pretty (beautiful).

Nobody could say anything to me when I was in grade 8 and younger. I was tough as nails. An admitted Daddy's girl, yes, but still tough as nails.

I had my fair share of those petty school yard disputes that we have as youngsters that often have us running home to our mothers. Not me though. I was tough as nails. I remember getting into a fight with a boy. I was in grade 3 or 4. I can't remember the exact situation, but I do remember he and I getting into a physical fight. I grabbed him by the collar and threw him to the ground. He got up, charged at me, and punched me in the face. I didn't cry. I didn't flinch. Before the fight could progress, teachers had already intervened. I was lucky to have dodged suspension. But, the point is, I was tough as nails.

My toughness faded away in November of 1996. I was forced to adopt a whole new type of toughness. I was never the same.

I went through so many things and I experienced so many things at that time. I cried often. I probably cried more during that time than I had in my entire life.

It was soon after that I realized how upset I'd get at things, or how easy it was for me to cry. I usually wouldn't cry at something I saw on TV or in a movie. The first movie I remember crying at was The Lion King. Boy did I ever cry like a baby.

Today was a rough day for me at work. I was faced with a lot of difficult situations. 3 hours into my shift I was literally, LITERALLY on the brink of tears. At that point, I was like a canon, ready to explode if jolted in any way, shape, or form. I got up from my desk walked around for a bit. I spoke to one of my co-workers and team members named Leela. She cheered me up soo much. In fact, she cheered me up more than she probably realizes.

I was glad when I looked at the clock on my computer and realized that it was now the end of the day for me. I was so visibly shaken by my day that my mother realized it as soon as she saw me. My father realized it too...because he immediately drove us to the 7-eleven for slurpees. Slurpees cheer me up also.

There was a point in time where anyone could say pretty much anything to me and I would not flinch. Being emotional is good...it shows that you are human. But in a way, I wish I could find a happy medium between the two extremes. There isn't a job out there where there are absolutely no bad days.

Or, if there is, let me know...

How I've changed
Time past quickly.I've changed a lot with the time going.
When I was young,I only know the most interesting thing in the world is playing.I played games with my friends day and night.I wasted a lot of great time.
But when I was a little older,I not only know playing.I realize learning is as important as playing, even much more important.I spent my whole day to study, study and study.but at that time,I do not know what "stress" means.
Then, two years later,I understood.I was going to graduate from primary school and,I need to pass a special test for the entrance of junior high school.I have no time to play.I have no time to have fun with my good friends.
After I had passed the examination,I felt more nervous than any time I was.Everybody was smart and I didn't have the great position. But I don't know what “give up" is.I spent more time on the subject I was not good at.So I won the first position later.
That's How I've changed. My life bocomes harder and harder, but I am not scared.I try my best to let my life become more interesting.
