iTunes账户被封，回信问题

前几天在淘宝上买了200刀，买完了过几天就发现账户被封了。。。

我发了个求救信：Hello,why does my account can not use? When I tried buying an application ,it shows¨You cannot buy because your account has been disabled.Please assist. Could you please help me solve this problem? Thanks for helping me. I am waiting for your reply.
