We are sorry to inform that we can’t supply 3 cartons of product for free which we have agreed before. Due to lake of experience on international trading, we didn’t realize that there are so many procedures involved. So we will delivery the bulk quantity as pre our original schedule. Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.

Regarding the balances, we will turn to bank for further detail information as the total amount we received was $1321.5US.

We can’t delivery the goods to you this Friday until next week, as we as we get information from shipping company that all bulk freighters are full now, please note, thanks!

Originally three boxes of product will give you for free,but if we do so, a lot of precedures will be added. I’m sorry. We don’t know this situation for this is our first time to do the export business. Therefore we decided to deliver the goods in the original amount.

We are going to the bank to inquiry about the balances of the advance payment because we’re sure we’ve only received ＄1321.5 US.

We are sorry to notify you that the goods can’t be dilivered in this Friday because the shipping space of the bulk carrier isn’t available until next week.

Dear customer

For the three free of charge boxes of products given, there are still some additional procedures to be done. This was our first time exporting products, sorry for our misunderstanding. Hence, original amount of products will be delivered.

Due to the difference between the advance charge, we decided to go to the bank and ask about it, we recieved only 1321.5 US dollars indeed.

Sorry for not able to deliver the products this Friday due to the fact that the cargo ship is full until next week.
