1. speaking and communication abilities. Wide knowledge of not only technical English but also Western cultures.

2. Students don't want to learn English. Students can do perfectly on written but totally opposite on spoken English. Having questions but nowhere to go and ask and find the answers.

3. Sufficient knowledge of English. Ethusiasm about teaching to students. Ethics.
