JD-1.调度绞车系重庆矿山机械厂常规产品，其产品主要供应于松藻煤电公司各附属煤矿，并且辐射到周围矿区。煤矿产品对安全性要求较高，因此，我们要严格控制矿山机械的产品质量。卷筒是调度绞车的核心部件，是该产品的主要受力点，其质量好坏直接关系到该产品的质量。长期以来，生产过程中存在着诸多缺陷，降低了该部件的强度，因此，其生产工艺有待进一步优化。
