English Free talk：Can you sleep well?

Can you sleep well? Maybe you think this is a funny question, but for me, is a problem.

Every time I go outside for a journey, the first night would be hard for me to fall asleep. For example, when I was on my military training（军训）, especially the first night of those days, I couldn’t sleep. I tend to be awake at the most of the night because I didn't use to sleep in a new bed.

And when an important exam comes, such as the Mid-term Exam（期中考试） and the Final Exam（期末考试）, I can’t sleep well, too. I still remember those nights, which were near to the Senior High School Entrance Examination. The only thing I can do was to turn my body over and over, and then fell asleep gradually.

Is this a kind of psychological disease（心理疾病）? I don’t know. But I know a way to solve this problem. I used to go for a walk and then, have a glass of milk when I was hard to fall asleep. And every time it works. So if you have the same problem troubling you, just try it!
