This Contract shall be read, interpreted and governed by the laws of the Union of Myanmar and the parties here by agree to submit the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Myanmar and courts competent to hear appeals therefrom.

This Contract is condition, upon receipt of all necessary and requisite approval for its performance and implementation of this Contract from relevant government authorities in the Union of Myanmar.
