1、面包机揉面并发酵40min。

2、将红豆、黑糖、核桃搅碎,如图所示。

3、把面团分成6份,加入豆沙馅,放到烤盘里压扁,刷上蛋液。

4、撒上芝麻中火烤10min,再开高火烤2-3min。

5、翻面,颜色有点焦黄挺漂亮的,再中火烤10min,转高火2-3min。
