The mobile-phone is indeed nessary to people. But the negative of it are obvious. For example, in order to increase the sale, some companies promote the mobile-phone to students. Some students often waste a lot of time chatting over the phone in their spare time, some even use them to cheat in exams. In addition, mobile phone bill is also a heavy burden on students' families.Even worse, some companies are profit oriented. They expose the customer’s informations to others, which would harm the customer’s benefit.
Therefore a strict law should be issued to keep the mobile-phone under proper control.under the guidance of the law, I think, the mobile-phone will play a better and better role in the future.
