of which用法相当于whose，在从句中应该用作定语，也就是说后面应该有名词或者名词短语。
你这个句子，如果一定要用of which，而且又不改变句子意思。那应该是这样的：
She likes reading newspaper,the international news part of which atracts her most.

我记得of which的用法和whose差不多，至于这里我觉得用不到of which，which就够了
