摘 要

企业发展的契机是成功运作项目，而在项目投资决策之前，进行项目可行性研究，则有助于减少或避免项目投资失误，有助于项目的顺利实施和推进，从而确保项目的成功运作。煤焦油加工作为近代有机化学工业的先导，至今已有100多年历史。即使在石油化工高度发展的今天，煤焦油加工仍具发展潜力，因为许多化工原料大部分或全部来自此行业。国外发达国家如德国、日本等煤焦油加工行业高度发达，而我国企业煤焦油加工技术水平低、规模小、污染严重。A公司2006年引进日本JFE公司煤焦油加工技术，建成全国单套装置生产能力最大、技术最先进的煤焦油加工基地，取得了良好的经济效益。为了配合公司向煤化工转型的企业发展战略，A公司拟新建40万吨煤焦油深加工项目。本课题依据A公司已建30万吨煤焦油项目的相关数据，结合目前煤焦油深加工行业的市场情况，利用项目可行性研究的相关理对A公司拟建40万吨煤焦油深加工项目进行了可行性研究。本文首先进行了可行性研究理论综述，对国内外可行性研究的发展情况进行了阐述。第二部分则对本文用到的可行性研究的规模经济理论、经济评价方法进行了详细介绍。第三部分运用项目可行性研究的理论与方法对项目产品市场需求分析、项目建设方案、项目技术评估、财务评价、不确定性分析等方面进行了系统的分析。通过对A公司拟建40万吨煤焦油深加工项目可行性研究，证明该项目建设在技术上、经济上都是可行的。最后，本文对此项目的后续项目建设提出了建议。

In this paper, a feasibility study carried out theoretical overview of the feasibility study on the development at home and abroad are described. The third part of the project feasibility study using the theory and methodology to the project market demand analysis, project construction program, project technical evaluation, financial evaluation, uncertainty analysis, carried out a systematic analysis.
