摘 要
供应商选择机制是多样化的，选择的标准要根据企业的核心竞争力，选择适应本企业的理论和方法，制定相应的实施步骤和实施规则。
本文从GDIS公司供应商选择的实际情况出发，结合国内外学者在这个问题上的成果，设计了一套适合于本企业的供应商选择模型。
首先建立供应商评价指标体系，然后对指标进行赋权，采用TOPSIS方法对供应商进行排序初选，进而根据初选结果运用优化建模方法对供应商进行复选。
模型在GDIS公司的实际运用过程中，得到了检验，为该企业选择了最优供应商。。

Abstract
The mechanism for supplier selection should be elastic and accordant to the corporate core competitiveness. The strategies and measures suitable for the enterprises and appropriate procedures and principles should be adopted.

This paper proceeds from the real conditions of GDIS, and empowers the relevant indictors. The TOPSIS has been applied during the primaries of supplier selection. Based on the results of the primaries, the suppliers will be reselected by optimizing the model.

It has been approved in the practices of GDIS that this model contributes to the optimized selection of supplies.
