Dear all,

Since some suppliers deliver to us in the evening or on weekend, the release procedure for rejection, collecting packing material and supplier own's goods is required to be made. We made the "Management System of goods release" before. Due to organizational structure and some fuction changing, some items are not fit for us. So, I think we should modify this management system accordingly. The all staff who are listed as receiver by this e-mail is required to have a discussion in Hal 1 meeting room at 3:00pm this afternoon.
