只要写请假内容的部分，老师名字，时间日期那些不用写。请假理由为：同寝室有室友发烧，因此寝室被隔离，故未能来上英语课，望老师见谅。

Dear Teacher,

I beg to apply for some days leave from today to be close off in our dormitory because Mr. XX, our roommate, has got a high fever. Therefore, I was not present at the English class. Although I was obliged to be absent from class, I should all the same say sorry to you not have told you about it ahead of schedule.
Mr. XX is suspected of being suffering from infectious disease H1N1. There are X roommates altogether in our room and we all have been informed not to be out of the room in order to keep the other students from coming close to the source of the disease. I think we will be stay in at least over a week and I am quite worried about my English study. During my absence, I will do my best to teach myself in the bedroom and make up what I have not learned in class as soon as I get back from leave.
