目前，大学生的就业压力已经成为了一个严重的社会问题，为了给大学生提供更多的就业机会，政府号召毕业生去农村做村官（Village Officials）。
对于大学生来说，他们不缺乏课本上的理论知识，而缺的正是实践和对知识的应用，做村官正好给了大学生实践的机会，同时也能让他们更多地接触社会，更加了解社会。
在我看来大学生们应该抓住这个机会锻炼自己，增加实践经验，为日后就业打下坚持的基础。

Presently,the employment pressure for graduate has become a serious social problem. The Government has called on graduates to join in the rural works as a village official, so as to offer more employment opportunities for them.
Graduates do not lack of theoretics or knowledge from textbooks, but
the practice and knowledge application. The position, village official not only offers them the stages for practice, but also more opportunities for understanding and communication with society.
In my view, graduates should seize this opportunity to exercise, enrich the their practical experience, in oder to lay solid foundation for the future employment.
