Hello everyone and Ms/Mrs./Mr xxx, I am xxx. Today I am going to talk about Sport. (停一下)
I believe that alot of us love sport, well, so do i. But why exactly do we have to do sports? It is because that we need to keep fit and healthy, and to live longer! So i honestly suggest everyone to do sports everyday for at least ONE hour.(停一下)
There are alot of types of sport, like running, skipping, jumping and swimming. My favourite sport is xxx， I like it because xxx. But unfortuntely here comes the end of my speech, thankyou very much for listening to me so patiently. Bye!!
