It is quiet in Percy’s park. Suddenly (突然), Percy and his animal friends hear some loudshouting from far away. “Help! Help!” Two rabbits run straight (径直跑向) at Percy. “We are playing on the grass to see who jumps the highest. But the little rabbit falls into (掉进) the well. The well eats my sister!” cries one rabbit.

“There’s no water in that well,” Percy says, “but it's very deep.” He takes out a long rope(绳子). Then he looks into the dark hole. But he can’t see anything. “Can you hear me?” calls Percy. “Yes, but I hit my head (磕到头了) .” A little voice answers.

“We’re sending down a rope, tie it tight (把它系紧) and we’ll pull (拉) you up,” calls Percy. The little rabbit isn’t quite sure what to do, so she ties the rope tightly to a log (圆木) beside her. Suddenly, the little rabbit finds a small opening (洞) in the wall of the well. “What is it?” she asks.

Percy and the animal friends pull and pull. Up comes the rope. But they get a terriblesurprise ! They pull up a great big log!

“我们现在要送下来一根绳子。把它系紧我们就能把你拉上来。”Percy又喊到。那只小兔子不太确定要怎么做所以她就把绳子紧紧地系在了身旁的一根圆木上。突然那只小兔子发现了墙上的一个晓东。“这是什么？”她问到。

Percy和她的动物朋友们拉阿拉。绳子一点点上来。但是他们被吓到了！他们拉上来了一根大圆木！
