我想写一封英文信向学校查询我申请材料是否已收到，大致意思是：

我在上礼拜四也就是10月29号向贵校递交了自己的申请材料，通过DHL的方式，今天上午也就是11月2号在DHL网站上查询到快件的状态为Shipment delivered，想请问贵校是否已经收到
