125I粒子植入+胆、肠+胃、空肠手术治疗晚期胰腺癌6例分析
[摘要] 目的 探讨125I粒子植入+姑息性手术治疗晚期胰腺癌的疗效。方法 对6例晚期胰腺癌患者行胰腺肿瘤125I粒子植入+姑息性手术并观察其疗效。结果 6例患者顺利通过手术,肿物缩小和疼痛减轻,生活质量提高。术后随访,1例失访,1例于手术后5个月死亡,患者中最长生存时间28个月,中位生存期8个月。结论 125I粒子植入+姑息性手术治疗晚期胰腺癌是简单、安全、有效的。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the 125I seed implantation + palliative surgical treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer. Methods 6 patients with advanced pancreatic cancer patients with pancreatic cancer 125I seed implantation + palliative surgery and to observe its effect. Results 6 patients passed surgery, tumor reduction and to alleviate pain, improved quality of life.
