7. Electrical
All electrical works will be completed in conformance with AS3000. All PowerHouse light and power sub-circuits to be run in walls in accordance with AS3000. No additional allowances for conduiting within the walls are made.
Standard specification includes the following electrical fittings:

7.1 Exit lighting installed to AS 2293 standards. & will incorporate the use of:
• Perlite 1x10w Exit Maintained lights.
• Perlite Light Emergency 2 x 36watt Maintained
• Emergency Light Test Set

7.2 Internal illumination is provided by:
• Diffused 36W Pierlite (or similar) twin batten fluorescent lights are provided internally
• Switch light 10 Amp 2 Gang SP 2 way- Clipsal 2000 (or similar)

7.3 The following External Lighting is provided for:
• Exterior fluorescent Vandalites (18W) are provided over external doors.

7.4 General power:
• Clipsal 2000 series (or similar) 10A double general purpose outlets (GPO’s)

7.5 Cable Ladder & Support:
• 300/600mm Nema 12b or similar wide cable ladder is provided for over the switchgear panels.
• The ladder is inverted and fixed to the underside of the ceiling.
