We have to relax everyday,otherwise there will be too much pressure.There are many ways to relax,such as reading,eating,drawing and so on.For different people there are different ways.Sometimes,people will talking to their family or friends about bothering(困扰).Learning how to relax is important because many people in the world suicide because they couldn't live with the pressure.If you want to relax,you have to calm yourself and do something you are interested.
