为什么聋人必定会哑?

不是所有聋人也哑的，是天生聋的人才哑，因为他们并无听过人说话，所以大脑没有这类讯息，不能用出天生的说话能力。聋人不一定是哑的! 2006-12-18 20:31:51 补充： Not all the deft gay can't say. Only the people who is daef when he was born because they have never heard saying. their doesn't get this kind of signal so that they can't speak but they still can scream sometime accidenitaly.
